Hi, I'm Kristi. Here's Why I Started Upaya Co.
BEHIND UPAYA / 2 MIN READ
Spoiler: It wasn't because I wanted to work more.
If you're wondering who's behind Upaya Co., what we do, and why we do it, I'd love to tell you a little story.
I've spent years running businesses.
Restaurants, hotels, teams, budgets, schedules, websites, marketing. You name it.
And I've learned a thing or two the hard way.
There's always something to fix, something to improve, and about a hundred things you could be doing.
But somewhere along the way, I started asking myself a different question.
What if growing a business didn't have to mean working more?
It Starts With the Foundation.
Think about building a house.
You wouldn't start decorating before making sure the foundation was solid.
Your business is no different.
When your branding tells the right story, your messaging is clear, your website is beautiful and easy to use, and your marketing reaches the right people, everything starts working together.
Customers can find you, understand what makes you special, and feel confident choosing you.
And when the experience is easy and enjoyable, they have a reason to come back.
Add the right systems behind the scenes, and you're no longer reinventing the wheel every Monday morning.
You're building on what already works.
That's Why I Started Upaya.
Upaya means skillful means, finding a thoughtful, effective way forward.
I started this little creative studio to take everything I've learned running businesses and help other small business owners build something that lasts.
Because I know what it's like to wear all the hats.
And I believe you should be able to build a successful business without sacrificing the life you wanted it to create.
The goal isn't just to build a successful business. It's to build one that gives you a life you love living.
I'd Love to Hear Your Story, Too.
What are you building? Where do you want to go? And how can I help make getting there a little easier?
No pressure. Just a conversation. ♡
